Veranda Serviced Residence Puri - Jakarta

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was excellent, close to a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. We loved the convenience of being near the toll road, making it easy to get in and out of the area. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - they were extremely friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and the peaceful atmosphere. The hot water was available throughout the day, perfect for a relaxing shower. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, and the fresh juice was a refreshing bonus. We highly recommend this place to our family and friends for a truly enjoyable stay.

The hotel had some disappointments. The twin beds pushed together instead of the requested queen beds was not ideal.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the highway and made it easy to get to my meetings. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. I loved being able to opt out of breakfast. this hotel provided excellent value and met all my needs.

I called the service to fix the TV which only showed static, but no one came to help.

The area around the hotel is fantastic. You can easily buy everything you need from a nearby farm market. the Jalan Tol is also within a short distance, making it easy to get around in the city. the spacious and comfy room is definitely a plus. the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with my queries.

The pool is easily visible from the lobby, which can be uncomfortable for those seeking privacy.
